One of the best uses of software programs is to help you understand the process and get your thoughts in order before visiting a lawyer. Among the better software programs on the market are those produced by Broderbund (Family Lawyer) and Nolos WillMaker.
Just as with fill-in-the-blank forms, the biggest problem with Will software programs relates to execution of the Will and the potential difficulties and expenses getting it admitted to probate.
